| CLASS FORMATS |

Classes are held in our classroom or at the work site. A variety of formats are offered:
- Individual courses
- Small Group training (2-6 people)
- Small classes (8-15 people).
Customized classes and
workshops are offered to employee groups.
Classes meet for 12 weeks, one time a week.
Individual training lasts 60 minutes per session
and Groups or small Class formats consist of 1.5
to 2 hours per session. | |
